1. Acceptance of Terms

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be voided (unless already determined), bonus balances will be forfeited, and the Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds if terms violations or fraudulent activity is suspected. Users whose accounts are terminated for cause forfeit any right to claim outstanding balances or winnings.

Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure will be processed subject to verification of identity, completion of any pending transactions, and withdrawal of remaining balances in accordance with our standard procedures.

11. General Provisions
